Selo Group is proud to provide employment to a team of over 200 staff.  We currently have over 60 full-time employees, in addition to a large number of part-time staff and vast team of contractors, all working together to ensure that the quality standards and deadlines of the group’s developments are kept on target. Andrew Corkery 

Andrew has been working in banking and finance since 1999 in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore for international investment banks before leaving in 2010 to concentrate on the Selong Selo development and other investments regionally.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters in Applied Finance.

Head of Projects

Stuart Beck 

Stuart has worked in the construction and project management industry for over 3 decades.  He holds a degree in Construction Engineering & Management and a Diploma of Building/Construction. He has since lived and worked on numerous 5-star resort, hotel and villa projects across Southeast Asia and the Pacific, including Hyatt Regency Hotel & Resort in Vietnam, Crown Plaza Hotel in Laos and the Intercontinental Hotel & Resort on Phu Quoc island in Vietnam. Stuart believes passionately that teamwork is the secret to a successful company.

Assistant Head of Projects

Cris Cadiz 

Cris, originally from the Philippines and now living permanently with us in Lombok has a wealth of international engineering experience, and is also a qualified plumber. Cris’s work ethic, experience and passion for the project make him a key member of our team.

Chief Financial Officer

Mayple Yap 

Based out of Singapore, Mayple brings more than 17 years of accounting, finance & controllership experience in various industries including local statutory board and USA fortune global Top 10 MNC. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and FCCA with Master degree in Finance. She is multi-lingual and has in-depth working experience in ASEAN and APAC.

Head of Accounting & Tax

Santi Karen 

Santi brings an abundance of Tax and Accounting expertise from her time in the Oil and Gas industry based in Jakarta. She graduated from IIU with a Degree in Accounting in 2003 with honours. She is an avid traveller and great supporter of the local community.

Administration & Corporate Communication Manager

Coleen Ramos 

From her previous Selo Group role handling offshore accounts for the past 4 years, Coleen now handles administration and corporate communication. She graduated as Cum Laude from one of the top 25 universities in the Philippines with degrees in Accountancy; and Bachelor of Law. With her varied work experience – from the resort industry, holding corporation, BPO online companies to government institutions, she puts her best foot forward to extend services and share vibrancy in her daily tasks.

Accounting & Finance Manager

Anna Ng 

Based in Malaysia, Anna holds a  Diploma in International Business, with over 12 years of accounting & finance experience in various industries. Prior to beginning her role with Selo Group in 2018, Anna worked as a senior account executive in a local electronic statutory board.

Construction Manager

Charlie Moore 

A Master Builder from Australia, Charlie has been living in Bali for the past 4 years. No stranger to working in remote locations with different cultures, he has a passion for improving quality & safety through education & mentoring. Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge & experience from his background in exclusive luxury homes & developments across Australia.

Senior Quality Control Manager

Jay Jebril 

Jay is our Senior Quality Control Supervisor. He started in construction at 17 years old working in Bali on Luxury Villa and Bungalows. He is married with a six year old daughter and an integral part of the Selong Selo team.


Komang Wisnawa 

Komang is originally from Bali and has been living in Lombok for the past 2 years.  He has worked as an architect on a number of resort construction projects in Bali prior to joing the Selong Selo team in 2015. Komang is an expert in Auto Cad, Sketchup and Photoshop, and brings a wealth of design experience to the team.

Head of Landscaping

Rachman Lalu 

Rachman, originally from East Lombok, Keruak Village has been an instrumental addition to the team. His focus is on quality control and organising the teams. He has an extensive background in hotel management, working 8 years at Puri Rinjani Hotel and also in Bali and Malaysia in advertising. His role is to maintain the Residences plant nursery where he sources and grows all the plants needed for the development.

Regional Sales Director

Melissa Montgomery 

Melissa is degree qualified with more than 15 years of international sales and project marketing experience. Having worked on high end projects throughout Australia, Europe, America, and South East Asia  she has personally sold close to $300 million in residential property as a licensed Real Estate Agent in Australia. Melissa is based in Singapore and specialises in residential project marketing across the region.

 Sales & Marketing Manager

Jay Miller 

Jay has over 20 years of professional sales experience in real estate, information security, finance and technical training. He holds a real estate license in Hawaii, where he was a high producing agent with award winning real estate teams and large vacation resorts. Since 2006, Jay has been based in Bali, working in property sales and development, primarily with high level investors throughout Southeast Asia. He has helped numerous clients exceed their investment goals, while safely navigating the Indonesian property environment.

Accounts Assistant

Kandi Srikandi 

Kandi, is our accounting assistant. Originally from Pujut Sengkol where she was working in agriculture before moving into hospitality. She has grown in her role very quickly and her helpful and outgoing nature is appreciated by all.
