Selo Group began its journey in South Lombok in 2009. Since then the Australian founders have spent the next 10+ years growing and refining Selo Group’s business model, creating a fully-integrated development business spanning across Design, Property Sales & Marketing, Legal & Permits, Construction, Project Management and Hotel & Resort Operations. Through this vertical integration of the various development channels, the group is able to have absolute confidence in delivering what we have promised. Further, we have been able to create efficiencies throughout the build process, resulting in a smooth, seamless experience for our clients from beginning to end.

Key to the strength and success of Selo Group is the highly professional and experienced team at the helm. We employ a large team of industry professionals, each of them experts in their field and all with extensive South East Asian experience. Our Australian Head of Projects, Stuart Beck, has over 30 years of experience and builds to highest international standards of quality, safety and sustainability.

With professional backgrounds in both finance and law, the group’s founders have also spent a great deal of time establishing strong legal and accounting teams dedicated to ensuring that all land purchase transactions are 100% secure and that all necessary government licenses and permits are in place.

Selo Group is proud to provide employment to a team of over 200 staff. We currently have over 60 full-time employees, in addition to a large number of part-time staff and vast team of contractors, all working together to ensure that the quality standards and deadlines of the group’s developments are kept on target. Andrew Corkery


Andrew has been working in banking and finance since 1999 in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore for international investment banks before leaving in 2010 to run Selo’s developments and  investments regionally.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters in Applied Finance.

Phil Crotty

Chairman – Non- Executive Board

Phil has nearly 40 years of experience in governance, business strategy, investment banking, corporate finance, infrastructure, property and project finance, private equity, investment product sales distribution, and emerging markets in Asia. He graduated from the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland with an MBA.

Nick Smith

Non-Executive Director

With over 25 years at leading hotel brands in the industry, Nick has been a significant contributor to the hotel operations on an executive level. He comes with a proven track record in opening new, refurbishing existing and operating high profile hotels at an international level. His career has seen him open a three five-star hotels across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

James Mabey

Non-Executive Director

James is a highly accomplished Operations and Development Executive who has built up specialist knowledge of the global hotel and real estate sector. His career highlights have seen him in senior management positions at Antaeus, Jumeirah and Marco Polo hotels; a strategist for the Thailand Ministry of Interior and Phuket Governor’s office.


Stuart Beck

Head of Projects

Stuart has been professionally involved in the business and General and Project Management for over three decades, with proven success in the development and management of projects in Australia, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Chris Cadiz

Assistant Head of Projects

Cris has over 13 years experience in civil construction, including six years involvement in the oil and gas industry in remote parts of west Africa. He has a strong knowledge and skill in surveying, civil design & estimate, CAD drafting and project scheduling.

Robert Black

Chief Operating Officer

Robert has 21 years experience in Indonesia in the construction industry with projects across many industries. Over the years in construction Robert has developed the contacts required to put together a team of specialists capable to complete projects in line with client’s expections.

Charlie Moore

Construction Manager

A master builder from Australia, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge & experience from his background in exclusive luxury homes and developments across Australia. He has a passion for improving quality & safety through education and mentoring.

Nino Osljanac

Head of Design

Nino, based in Singapore, has over 15 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and master planning. He graduated with a master’s in architecture and specilaises in designing luxury hotels, resorts, and bespoke villas. His portfolio includes several award-winning hospitality properties across Asia Pacific region.

Jay Jebril

Senior Quality Control Manager

Jay is our Senior Quality Control Supervisor. He started in construction at 17 years old working in Bali on Luxury Villa and Bungalows. He is married with a six year old daughter and an integral part of the Selong Selo team.

Komang Wisnawa


Originally from Bali and has been living in Lombok for the past 2 years. He has worked on a number of resort construction projects in Bali. Komang is an expert in AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop, and brings a wealth of design experience to the team.


Michelle Adams

Head of Marketing

With over 20 years’ experience leading sales and marketing strategies across a mix of industries including direct sales, hospitality and franchise sectors. Michelle has Bachelor of Business (major Marketing) is based in Australia and calls Indonesia her home away from home.

Melissa Montgomery

Regional Sales Director

Based from Singapore and specialises in residential project marketing across the region. With over 15 years international sales and project marketing experience. Having worked on high end projects throughout Australia, Europe, America, and South East Asia.

Matthew Davidson

Country Sales Manager

Based from Lombok Matt is specialist and highly experienced in real estate sales and project management With over 20 years experience and a demonstrated history of working in real estate in Australia.

Moon Jin Yue

Sales Manager (North Asia)

Moon is based in Singapore, originally from China and living in Singapore for 18 years. Has over 8 years of experience in international real estate sales, building marketing strategies for various international properties. Used to be in the largest private developer in Singapore, selling and handling luxury properties.

Chloe Larkin

Graphic Designer

Based in Kuala Lumpur, originally from the UK. Chloe works closely with the sales team to create marketing literature across the business. Chloe has over 10 years experience in graphic design and marketing, working for creative agencies and e-commerce businesses.


Diana See

Chief Financial Officer

Diana has 25 years of accounting, financial and general operational experience from public and private companies, including “Big 4” in Malaysia. Diana held various senior capacity roles in corporate finance and finance in conglomerates of diverse sectors from lodging, leisure, international theme park and engineering specialist.

Santi Karen

Head of Accounting & Tax

Santi brings an abundance of Tax and Accounting expertise from her time in the Oil and Gas industry based in Jakarta. She graduated from IIU with a Degree in Accounting in 2003 with honours.

Anna Ng

Accouting & Finance Manager

Based in Malaysia, Anna holds a Diploma in International Business, with over 12 years of accounting & finance experience in various industries.

Coleen Ramos

Administration & Corporate Communication Manager

From her previous Selo Group role handling offshore accounts for the past 4 years, Coleen graduated as Cum Laude, Philippines with degrees in Accountancy; and Bachelor of Law.
