ABOUT US

OUR JOURNEY

Selo Group began operations in South Lombok in 2009. Over the past 15 years, the Australian-founded group has established an integrated development and hospitality business operating across Indonesia.

Selo’s model spans wellness, property development, legal and permitting, construction, project management, and hotel and resort operations. This vertically integrated structure allows the group to manage projects from land acquisition through to long-term operation, reducing execution risk and improving delivery consistency.

By controlling key stages of the development lifecycle, Selo is able to deliver projects with greater certainty, operational continuity, and alignment between concept, construction, and ongoing use.

Selo’s vision is to be a leading resort and lifestyle developer in Southeast Asia, recognised for disciplined execution, operational integrity, and long-term thinking.

• Developing resilient, place-led projects

• Diversifying geographically and across product type

• Maintaining strong capital discipline and multiple revenue streams

• Leveraging appropriate technology to improve efficiency

Selo operates as a modern development platform—combining local experience, integrated delivery, and scalable systems—rather than a single-project developer.

OUR VISION

LEADERSHIP TEAM

Selo’s leadership team combines institutional development experience with deep regional knowledge. Team members bring technical, legal, commercial, and operational expertise across hospitality and real estate development in Indonesia.

A key focus has been building a team capable of operating effectively in complex regulatory and delivery environments, while remaining adaptable as projects scale. This approach supports long-term portfolio growth and consistent execution across locations.

OUR IMPACTS

Selo’s sustainability and community initiatives are delivered through the Selo Footprints Foundation, a registered non-profit organisation operating alongside the group’s commercial activities.

Selo Footprints focuses on practical, locally driven programs in:

• Environmental stewardship
• Community health and wellbeing
• Education and skills development

By working directly with local residents, schools, NGOs, and community leaders, the foundation supports outcomes that are measurable and relevant to the communities in which Selo operates.
