Selo Group's Zero waste strategy is a key focus internally and externally, we adhere to and promote the elimination of single use plastics and plastic water bottles, reducing waste entering landfill and the oceans. All waste collected at our development and from the beach is recycled at our purpose-built zero-waste management centre.

BEACH CLEAN-UP
Beach Clean-Up
We regularly coordinate and partake in beach cleanup events, and educate the local community on the importance reducing plastic waste for benefit of both the environment and to encourage tourism.
PACK FOR A PURPOSE
Pack For a Purpose
Our Pack For a Purpose program invites our resort guests to support our local village community by packing additional items in their luggage to donate, such as clothing, shoes and school supplies.

We are a member of Selong Belanak Community Association – a member-supported organization focused on environmental sustainability, waste management & community development in Selong Belanak.
LOCAL SCHOOLS & SPORTS CLUBS
Schools & Clubs
Selo Group supports our local schools by assisting with essential infrastructure such as water tanks and internet. We have also helped to establish sporting clubs such as the Selo Football club.
