Selo Group offers a comprehensive interior design service with its team of international designers and local procurement professionals. The interior design team aspires to create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect each client’s unique personality. Your interior designer will work closely with you to gain an in-depth understanding of your individual needs and requirements. In addition, the design team plays a vital role in liaising with the architect, procurement team and construction professionals to ensure that a cohesive outcome is achieved and that you enjoy a seamless process.
Selo Group is an award winning company with a reputation for consistent innovation at the highest level of design. Our land and villa projects in South Lombok offer something for every investor, from land-bankers to those wanting to own and live in their dream Lombok villa.
The planning phase begins with the overall concept, which creates the foundation and driving force for all future design decisions. Clients can begin to visualise the space as the design team presents them with inspirational images, spatial configuration, key furniture pieces and fabric schemes. The interior design team takes great care to ensure that the practical details are also considered early in the design process. The design concept is then developed into a full interior design package including the following:
- Design development drawings and documentation
- Budget planning
- Furniture specification and sample preparation
Following sign-off from the planning stage, the procurement team uses the furniture specification requirements set by the design team to begin production of individual pieces. The interior design team oversees this stage to ensure that the clients’ designs and visions are realized to their full potential. Selo Group has a team of in-house contractors and skilled furniture makers who understand the high expectations of quality we insist on. The procurement stage will cover and include the following:
- Full contract management and tendering processes
- Full project management and coordination
- Manufacture and supply of all aspects of the design
This final stage is where the interior design scheme is fully realised as all the details from the planning and procurement stages come together. The installation stage involves the following:
- Delivery and installation of all furniture items
- Quality control checks
