Emerging from the challenges of 2020, we are at the beginning of a brand-new year, one in which we will see plenty of new opportunities for growth and travel.
2021 has the makings of a better year for sustainable, long-term, more considered travel, as low impact tourism increasingly comes into focus for governments and businesses globally.
When it came to the challenges of 2020, none were greater than that of the COVID-19 pandemic. The effects were and still are global and have impacted most industries, with the tourism industry amongst the most sensitive to these effects.
Although we still remain closed, through strong cooperation with our local government, community, and team, we are proud to be reopening all our facilities at a later date in 2021. With the upmost conscientious practices in place to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
In continuing with quality sustainable practices, we are excited to continue to roll-out our very own pre-crafted modular housing which we design, manufacture and distribute throughout Indonesia to counter the shift in demand for private villa stays whilst also delivering a cost-effective, quality solutions to luxury housing in remote locations. Given the high importance we place on ensuring quality control our products are built to Australian standards lead by an experienced international construction team.
As Selong Selo nears full completion, we thought given the current circumstances a land release enabling incoming owners to still own a piece of paradise and benefit from the uplift in value would be an opportunity not to miss. Positioned on a hillside looking out over the tranquil bay and rolling Selong Belanak Hills in stunning southern Lombok, Selo’s Seascape land development could be the investment opportunity you’ve been waiting for. The location benefits from its close proximity from the existing facilities and equally a level of privacy offered only in this latest land release positioned hillside with uninterrupted views.
There are only 12 lots within this latest release providing flexibility in both construction commencement and villa design. Savvy investors might look to take advantage of the entry level pricing and line construction with the anticiapted resort re-opening in 2021.
Priced from $44,000, the land boasts million-dollar views; it’s surrounded by endless rice paddies, lush green hills, and with the crystal-clear waters of Selong Belanak just minutes away. Reply to this newsletter to speak to one of our friendly team and find out more today!

2021 TRAVEL, WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE?
Soon countries around the world will start inoculating millions of people against the virus. And after months of partially closed international borders and various domestic lockdowns, we are all eager to travel.
But it will take a long time for travel to get back to normal. At a minimum, enough people need to be inoculated to make it safe for people to travel freely without infecting others or getting infected by them.
